Sindh High Court ordered – Stop Purchasing 4×4

The Sindh High Court ordered to stop further action on the purchase of double cabin vehicles for the Assistant Commissioner on behalf of the Sindh government.

The Sindh High Court has issued a written order on the petition of Member Sindh Assembly Muhammad Farooq and others.

The petitioner took the position that Sindh is currently facing financial difficulties, Sindh is a plain region, it would not need four by four double cabin vehicles.

The petitioner requested that the notification to buy the vehicles and the approval of the Sindh Chief Minister should be declared null and void.

The Supreme Court adjourned further hearing for 4 weeks while seeking reply from Sindh government.
